Pulsio is a team health check platform that helps teams collect regular pulse check-ins, track mood and workload trends, and identify blockers.

3.Account Registration and Security
3.1Creating an Account
To use the Service, you must provide:

- Accurate, current information

- Keep your credentials confidential
- You're responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4.Teams and Organizations
4.1Team Administrators
As a team administrator, you agree to:
- Only invite individuals who have consented or are authorized by your organization
- Inform members how their data will be viewed and used
- Respect privacy expectations for anonymous submissions
- Comply with applicable laws and your organization's policies
4.2Team Members
As a team member, you agree to:
- Provide honest and constructive feedback
- Not misuse anonymous features to harass others
- Respect team information confidentiality
5.Subscriptions and Payment
Free Plan
Basic features with team size limits
Pro Plan
Advanced analytics, integrations, higher limits
5.1Billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Payments are processed through Stripe
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
5.2Cancellation
- Cancel anytime through your account settings
- Access continues until the end of the billing period
- No refunds for partial billing periods
6.Acceptable Use Policy

7.1Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you submit, including check-ins, blocker descriptions, and team information.

8.Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Pulsio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without permission.

We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

10.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulsio shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
- Damages from unauthorized access to your account
- Third-party conduct or content on the Service

Greater of $100 or 12 months of fees paid
11.Termination
By You
Delete your account anytime through settings or by contacting us. You'll lose access and your content may be deleted.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, harmful conduct, extended inactivity, or legal requirements.
12.Dispute Resolution
12.1Informal Resolution
Before formal proceedings, contact us at legal@getpulsio.com to attempt informal resolution. We'll try to resolve disputes within 30 days.
12.2Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Pulsio is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
